About Founder
I am Mrs. Shweta Chauhan, the founder and national president of Ananya Foundation NGO, which was established in Vikas Puri, West Delhi in 2018. My vision is to create a nation where every old person can live with their family, women feel empowered, and every child receives an education. This vision led to the registration of our NGO on December 9, 2021. I am dedicated to putting continuous efforts into four key projects: #Sahyog #Saheli #Prayas #Fabb Shiksha.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching and management, I have had the privilege of working in MNCs as an HR Head. Additionally, I have served as an educational counselor and been part of a coaching institute for professional studies. My academic background includes a B.Tech and an MBA, along with numerous certifications in Art and Social Work.
I am proud to have received several prestigious awards for my contributions to social work:
• 2022: Award for Social Work at Teej Mahotsav
• 2023: Appreciation Award by BJP for social work
• 2024: Award on International Women’s Day by Honourable Meenakshi Lekhi ji, Minister of External Affairs
• 2025: Award on International Women’s Day by Max Hospital Dwarka
I am committed to continuing my efforts in making a positive impact on society through my work with Ananya Foundation NGO. I look forward to achieving even greater heights in the future.

“I realize that old age is second childhood; hence, it is natural for me to care for the aged who are poor, homeless, or ailing. Ananya Foundation provides shelter and rescues homeless elders living on the streets. Some get abandoned by their own family or escape an abusive home or suffer massive financial losses and lose everything, and there are so many other reasons. At Ananya Foundation, we provide adequate elderly care and support as per their age and ailments.”
