Under this project, we provide FREE career counseling , dance classes , tuition classes to unprivileged students.

The decision of choosing the right career path after 10th & 12th is the most critical decision for any student, and it becomes more critical for those whose parents are uneducated. Therefore, The Ananya Foundation plans to organize a free career guidance session. This year, 102 students from Ananya Foundation  have cleared their Xth and XIIth.While making a career decision, students are always in a puzzle situation whether to enroll for courses by following herd mentality or taking the most popular courses or selecting a course as per what their family & relatives force them to take or simply following your friends and selecting that particular career path. The majority of the students opt for courses without correctly evaluating their own strengths, weaknesses, and interests. The decision they once took out of peer pressure or due to insufficient knowledge and lack of awareness becomes the burden of their life. Hence, it is very important for any student to choose the stream carefully for better career prospects in the future.School dropouts, college dropouts, and unemployed youth will also receive counseling on how to start their studies again or receive skill development training.

As one of the largest non-governmental organizations in the country, Ananya Foundation focuses on high-quality, low-cost and replicable interventions to address gaps in the education system. Working  directly with children and youth as well as through large-scale collaborations with government systems, Pratham programs reach millions of lives every year. Ananya Foundation’s Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach has demonstrated proven impact on children’s learning outcomes and is now being adapted to contexts outside India.Across the spectrum from Early Childhood Education to Secondary Education, our programs strive to achieve focused objectives across different segments, as defined by our understanding of existing gaps and the impact of our innovations over time.
